Case / bezel: 36mm (excl. crown) steel case with white gold fluted bezel both in immaculate condition with little signs of wear
Dial / hands: The dial is a factory diamond-set dial with unique markings. These dials were produced for Rolex by Singer during this period and, after close inspection and consultation with dial experts and trained chemists specialising in metallurgy, the conclusion is that the dial (which is produced in silver plated brass) has not been lacquered, as it should have been, and has oxidised over time. This has caused the incredible and unique markings that you see in the photographs. The tritium lume pips on the outside of each of the diamond hour markers have reacted with the oxidisation to keep the area around them clear from the dark markings
Bracelet: Full length original (P clasp code dating it to 1991) jubilee steel bracelet in immaculate condition with absolutely no stretch. The clasp works perfectly and snaps shut
Box / papers: Includes; Original inner & outer boxes, manuals & calendar.
